Can I access my items while they are in storage?
Yes. Because the facility is controlled access, retrieval is scheduled rather than walk-in. Give your coordinator notice and we will pull the items you need using your inventory list, or deliver them to you.
How is my property valued if something is damaged in storage?
Valuation is set out in your paperwork before anything is picked up, and your coordinator will walk you through the options in plain language. If you own a piece worth declaring separately, tell us at the estimate rather than on pickup day.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage in Lancaster?
